Job Description

1. Deal Sourcing- Identifying and evaluating upcoming opportunities in Smart city and Amrut cities and recommending projects to be undertaken in PPP/HAM modes
2. Understanding systems and structures of Local Authorities and consultants connected with projects for preparation of Project proposals and gaining area insights and knowledge from them
3. Liaise with Transaction/Financial/Technical advisors, IPC Consultants and monitoring
Review Conceptual, detailed Business plans from Transaction/ Financial advisor and provide inputs/ modifications
4. Identifying right consultants and Vendors for the assignments
5. Deal Structuring Optimum Equity /Debt structuring wrt Fund Raising Programs at Holdco and Business Verticals and Project SPVs Preparation of IMs , Discussion with Potential Equity Partners , Liaisoning with I-Bankers
6. Responsible for Investments / Divestments i.e. Preparation and execution of Term Sheets/ Transaction Documents , completion of Due Diligence Exercises with consultants/ deal parties/ in-house team
7. Recommending business model under One tata strategy for consolidated offering under smart city area based and Pan city development
8. Preparation and submission of Presentations and Notes for Board / Committee meeting Manage the whole approval process
9. Smart city business: An understanding of the smart city business, revenue avenues, concessions and other commercials
10. End to end management of bidding process including Swiss Challenge
11. Business plan, financial strategy, financial modeling, ensure financial viability of the project with sustainable funding options
12. Co ordinating with Group companies for seamless bid submissions
13. Generating smart city dashboards and incorporating key insights

Business Plan for Project Viability:
Review detailed financial model of Transportation advisory and commercial due diligence
Create Detailed Project Business Plan as per bidding documents, Concession agreement, Regulation etc.
Incorporate key inputs of demand and revenue forecasting, Capex and Opex from consultants considering key risks.

Review financial parameters. Regulatory models, risks and economic situations, Tariffs
Review the various financial parameters like cost of equity, IRR, FIRR, Valuation etc. for the sector
Analyze the various regulatory models in different sectors of industry and identifying Pros and Cons of various regulatory models. Escalate anomalies/concerns
Analyze the risks and economic situations in these sectors viz-a-viz smart cities.

Liaise with Transaction/Financial/Technical advisors, IPC Consultants and monitoring
Review Conceptual, detailed Business plans from Transaction/ Financial advisor and provide inputs/ modifications
