Assistant Brand Manager

Job Description

Assistant brand manager will be responsible for developing and implementing various marketing and communications programs, in order to build brand awareness, increase sales and candidate enrollments for LNs range of livelihood programs. As an Assistant brand manager you will also be responsible in liaising with regional level influencers, government officials and local media and PR personnel. In this roll you will closely work with the program execution, marketing, creative and content development team.

Roles and Responsibilities
Create and implement media plans that include print, online, video, and social networking opportunities.
Explore opportunities and participate at various regional level job fairs, govt. events, religious and other events
Liaison with range of govt bodies, education institutions (ITI, Polytechnic and Diploma collages), NGOs and other instructional groups to plan and execute brand awareness and mobilization events
Create, maintain and strengthen Companys overall brand in all forms of media
Work closely with corporate marketing and regional creative team on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels and locations
Work closely with program implementation team to ensure the development of case studies and testimonial (writer and Video format) are done as per the defined timeline
Support the admin team during center setup to ensure branding and other collaterals are in place as per the standard brand guidelines
Solicit editors of targeted publications for editorial opportunities and negotiate programs
Build and deliver campaigns and PR releases in time and within budget
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Manage printers and other promotional and event vendors
Need to work in a flexible environment with multiple reporting lines

Qualification and Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in the field of MarCom, brand and events management etc.,
Bachelors in any stream
Should be a team player
Should be able to travel extensively
Good spoken and written communication
