Establish a structured feedback mechanism to assess effectiveness of the training programs and identify, select and manage external training.
Device strategies with the Circle Head for successful penetration of insurance in the branches & to continuously maintain relationship with the Circle Office.
Bancassurance training with Sales Officer productivity.
To train the Branch managers on various products / process introduced by the company.
Maintain Training MIS.
