- Reporting to Regional Manager, Regional Product Manager, & General Managers
- Obtain sale orders, and establishes new Customer Accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule of existing or potential clients.
- Promote our products & solution to existing and potential clients. Maintaining and developing relationships, listening to Customers needs & presenting appropriate sale.
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
- Supporting dealers in territory and making prospects management through CRM as Dealer management by supporting on sales. Procurement of new dealers in dead regions by marketing our brand name.
- Analysis of dealer & customers in the territory to know the strength and weakness.
- Keeps management informed by submitting Sales activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and annual region analyses.
- Negotiating on price, costs of delivery and specifications with customers.
- Communicate with admin team to check the progress of existing orders and other formalities.
- Recording sales call & actual sales and order information, or entering into CRM software.
- Prepare paperwork & other formalities for tenders and upload the same.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up for services like CMC AMC.
- Follow up for sales collections till received from customer & dealers, and address the same to accounts.
