1. Will be responsible for Reach and Market penetration in Urban and Rural markets, to Acquire Super Dominant Market Share.
2. Responsible for Strategizing, and Achieving Annual Sales Plan Product line item wise.
3. Responsible for proactively identifying new opportunities of Sales and Market Development and convert them in results.
4. Strategize and Develop a robust Distribution Network in Micro interior markets.
5. Responsible for Exploring & Developing Alternate / New Sales model.
6. Will be responsible for developing Logistic Setup which is cost effective & one up to competition.
