1: Sales Management
-To review, agree,strategize and take actions to realize Sales Budget/Business Plan objectives of Zone/Regions.
-Prepare/Agree for Annual BP for the Zone / Region / Distributor based on analysis of the market scenario.
-Review GM and improve Price realization with dist./customers and manage KPI of Zone within the budgeted limit.
2: Customer focus and Relationship Management
Communicate to customers/distributors and undertake key customer visits for initiating projects for business.
Update, Review and guide Area Sales Managers for Process Segmentation and Customer projects of regions.
To ensure all sales / technical queries ( in QNS ) are responded well within reasonable time frame .
3: Sales Promotion and Market Development.
To provide input for new product promotion to Product Line and Area Manager.
Scan Growing, stagnant and shrinking market segments and devise strategy for market penetration.
Guide/Organize events like Customers meets/campaigns for product promotion and business development.
4:Market Intelligence and Management Information Systems (MIS)
Review and manage "Management information Systems" (MIS) of Zone/Regions and Distributor on a regular basis.
Conduct Distribution Management Appraisal (DMA) and identify area of improvement and Opportunities.
Negotiate with Customers/Dist. for liquidation of Non/Slow Moving stocks as per the specified terms.
5: Control Sales Receivables (SR).
Review Sales Receivable (SR) status of Dist./direct customer and take actions to help realize the objectives.
