Develop and manage KEY accounts among Builders, promoters, contractor
Develop relationship and network with key consultants and Architects (top 50 of the area)
Achievement min (25%) conversion of specification to sales
Identification & appointment of Fabricators /agents to service project customers
Tracking of competitors activity
Maintaining, tabulation and trend analysis of the demand of various products
To provide solutions to architects and project management consultants that drives value for proposal.
2. Responsible for specification and sales of Architectural product sales through Architects, consultants, contractors and builders.
3. To implement specification strategy for coated glass and other exterior/interior glass products.
4. Strive to build superior confidence on the brand with government agencies, green councils other certification bodies and architectures engaged in promoting related products.
5. Implement technical sales, solution selling and will be accountable for executing the plan and exceeding specification targets of related products. (20-25% conversion rate of specification to sales)
6. Maintain and update project details in CRM
