Area Sales Head
Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
Acquisition of business from New & Existing Corporate clients for Prepaid Gift cards & Gift Vouchers & Mobile App Concept selling
Would have to interact extensively with corporates at various levels as mentioned above HR Head, Sales Head, Marketing Head, Finance Head, Admin Head, Procurement Head etc. as the ticket size of the order is fairly large and this is a segment of discretionary spends.
Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement. Hands on team handling of 5 10 People in past role and has flair of team reporting
Team reporting & Monitoring of performance of Daily/Monthly & Yearly achievements. Maintain Daily Calls Report, Tracking Sheet and Sales Report for self and team
Coordinate with Sales Manager to enhance sales performance
Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends. Hands on with execution of Business generation for self and team
Ensure quality of service delivery and manage client relationships
Monitor and Ensure timely collection of receivables
Should be hands-on with Excel worksheets for doing the daily reporting and Sales Forecast for the given territory
Energetic and Self-motivated.
Team Handling Experience required.
Ability to devise unique marketing strategies for client acquisition.
Concept selling aptitude required and experience is preferred.
Good interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to interact with senior management.
Go Getter attitude with lots of dynamism.
