Description of Job:
1.Maximise Sales Productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
2.Managing a team of Banca Channel (Relationship & Corporate).
Developing strategic plans to achieve the overall business objectives.
Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups
of the partner channels through the location.
Handling a team of 15 Relationship Managers and Sales managers
Disseminating the Product initiatives & processes to Portfolio RMs
Accountable for all requirements/queries RMs in the branch.
Handholding and Guiding to newly joined RMs
Monitoring of Sales Process daily activity reports & weekly reports and quality
Driving aggressevly with BM/RO/RM/SERVICE and SALES team of the bank.
Managing LI actives of entire cluster
Managing all types of cross sell drives by banks
Responsible for sales, issuance and retention, and persistency
Supporting RMs to help them achieve their Targets.
