Role & Responsibility
a. Sales planning for the month basis review for previous month performance.
b. Market activity monitoring.
2. People Management & Development
a. Training the officers.
b. Mentor and Guide the team on regular basis.
c. Adherence to HR norms.
a. Allocate cases to the officers on POC
b. Meet customers in 31-90 bucket, high ODPOS, high risk customers to understand payment issues.
And felicitate collection strategy
4. Training & Review
a. Conduct training & review for his officers on regular basis.
Required Work Experience
4 years experience, Min 1 year as TL with 6-7 reportees
Exposure to multiple product collection/ sales experience with team target
Resides with parents / wife. Parents are not in business of moneylending, real estate
Construction, commodity trading in mandi, share trading.
Should have two wheeler or driving licence
Ability to read and respond in English, mandatorily understands Local Language
Can articulate and train the team
Able to respond logically to standard recovery scenarios
Should be able to gauge the Credit worthiness of a customer and decide on the case accordingly
