Job Description

Completely Responsible for the Collection & Repossession activities of two states Maharashtra and Goa.
Accountable for the Loss of Product & Write off Cases.
Analyzing & Controlling product wise stock for Delinquency Minimization with high
Analyzing daily performance of team members with projection & achievement.
Conduct weekly performance review and planning for Team members, formulating
development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
Managing and training agencies according to the code of conduct and process of the
High levels of Integrity, Customer orientation, Excellent communication skills,
Convincing & Influencing skills, High levels of teamwork working with the team and
providing guidance during tough situations to acquire appropriate resolution for the
customer and the company.
Managing & reporting the entire Documentation track between the Agency & Bank.
Minimizing Customer Complaints in Collection Activity with High Resolutions.
Evaluation and Assessment of team against the Performance and productivity
according to organizational standards.
Monthly report generation based on process running for the portfolio for the Hub.
Cost Management.
Ensured all work in compliance to departmental policies & procedures.
Co-ordinated with various departments and provided feedback to all.
Initiating and Tracking of Pre-Litigation and Post Litigation Legal Proceedings/ Recovery and Police Intervention.
