Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales
Enabling effective coordination amongst team members specialized for stockiest.
management, retailer management and merchandisers
Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members, Driving team members to
achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization.
Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level.
Distribution Management Billing, stocks & Collections
MIS and Monitoring Sales Report & Managing CFA
To Allocate & Monitor Budgets for Events/Promotions, Signage & Merchandising for the Key
Accounts.
Deliver insightful customer, shopper and occasion insights, plus marketing equipment,
promotions, and other services to increase focus on maximizing profits for every channel.
Supporting negotiations with regional accounts/key accounts.
New Account Acquisition-Grow the Portfolio by aggressively acquiring large Key Accounts in
respective region.
