Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:-
Should knowledge on Billing, Insurance and Patient AR
Should be able to measure RCA/ POA of team performance
Hands on experience in Denial Management & identify the resolution on new denial
Drive process performance to achieve and exceed quality SLA deliverables
Monitor projects/transactions and provide qualitative/constructive feedback to the team members
Answer operations related queries
Able to guide the team by implementing best practices and always lead-by-example
Should have excellent problem solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills

Key Deliverables (KRA/Measure):

Knowledge: Understanding of the process, evaluation & feedback, reporting and analysis.
Should be able to handle & achieve the departmental requirements
Have knowledge of different policies and procedures
Participate weekly/Monthly client calls
Maintain overall process health through continuous training needs identification and implementation
Team player

Knowledge/ Skills/ Attributes

Excellent abilities to read and interpret ICD, HCPC, CPT codes and Modifiers
Familiar with medical terminology and billing procedures
In-depth knowledge of the standard concepts, procedures, protocols of medical Billing and various specialties
Should have worked for multiple clients located in different states of USA
Hands-on experience with different practice management systems
Should be well versed with rejection/denial reasons and subsequent appropriate actions
Should have good knowledge on MS-Excel and idea on various report structures
Strong verbal and written skills
Ability to mentor and provide feedback
Ability to handle escalations with demonstrated Leadership skills
Ability to work with cross departments
Solution Oriented
Should exhibit patience while giving feedback, open to change, multi-tasking & inter personal skills
Calm under work pressure/ any scenario.
