Installation of new device/machines at the assigned location and giving guidelines & training to the user in terms of using the device and troubleshooting the same.
Train internal staff and new joiners also
Preparing SOPs for quick reference of the equipment for users.
Attend application calls over phone or mail.
Guiding & providing support in terms of technical stuff to engineers & sales persons.
Involved in scientific and clinical study
Attend conferences/workshop to represent the organization
Implement Train the Trainer concept
