Review of POA in case of all projects
Proactively monitor service provision on a regular basis to ensure compliance with SLAs and meet all service level obligations as defined
Provide Service Delivery and leadership to the team
Monitoring vendor performance.
Reviewing Performance Monitoring reports generated by team
Understand HDFC Banks operational and project needs
Supervise day-to-day operations of the team.
Conduct periodic checklist review.
Conduct application performance reviews with DBA / Server Team / FM / Storage team etc..
FPN data collection, validation and lodgment in the system
Define BCP needs / solutions as per business needs
Production Support - takeover for new applications
Ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used to minimize the impact of Change related incidents.
Minimize the adverse impact of the escalated incidents & Problems and to prevent recurrence of incidents related to these errors.
Provide accurate Configuration information to enable to make decisions at the right time.
Create failovers in teams to avoid person dependencies
Compliance to IT Governance Policy.
Manage Audit related requirements / queries, providing RFIs.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly presentation to Senior Management
Contribute to improvements & enhance efficiency of processes for effectiveness.
