Overview / Purpose of the Role
Analytics Solutions Architect is responsible for crafting the overall solution for a sales pursuit from the initial
request for proposal through to the due diligence/contracting process. Solutions Architect is responsible for
translating the client's business requirements into custom analytics solutions. Analyzes customer requirements
from a Domain point of view and design solutions to meet the customer objectives and balances the needs of
sales and delivery to design a solution that meets or exceeds the requirements of service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
Integrates deep subject matter expertise with:
Industry experience, in-depth knowledge of professional standards and trends within area of expertise,
relevant related disciplines, business goals and strategy.
Contributes to the sales pursuit strategy including business proposals and collateral development.
Participates or leads in customer presentations at the senior management level or higher.
Conceptualize analytical methodology for solving business problems, develop specific solution / process
designs for custom analytics
Communicate expectations and establish deadlines in agreement with team members
Ensures understanding of technical matters from technical & executive decision makers.
Advises and councils key leadership on the latest principles, practices, and/or technologies and their
Subject matter expert in Analytics at least one service area (Marketing, Risk, Customer Service, Finance)
and proficient in multiple service areas and technologies.
Skills and experience in constructing complex service solutions in the Analytics services market.
Advanced understanding of services related business processes and technologies.
Thorough understanding of services P&L and business impact.
Complete understanding and ability to construct, tailor, and negotiate service contracts (e.g. SOW) for
