Segregate EDI issues based on EDI X12 document types
Resolve any EDI error or failure.
Route the Issues that are out of scope to the respective department
Ontime information to be cascaded to the client/customer upon resolving the issues
Daily updation EDI mailbox tracker
Reports to : TL
1-3 yrs of experience in EDI fixing
Knowledge in EDI Tools
Sound knowledge in MS - Excel, MS - Access & Powerpoint.
Excellent communication and presentation skills / customer interaction
Excellent Analytical Skills
Graduation is a must
