Qualification: - Graduate

Experience: - 1+ years relevant experience in Disputes, Chargebacks & Representment

Nature of Job:

Investigations for Fraud & Chargeback requests received from clients
End to end processing of Disputes and Chargebacks
Expertise in Visa and MasterCard chargebacks
Reconciliation & Reporting
Client communication

Key Skill Requirements:

Expert knowledge in Disputes, Chargebacks, Visa/Master Representments & Fraud Investigations
Ability to read and interpret dispute forms, perform analysis with 100% accuracy
Very good communication skills
Knowledge about various chargeback applications like Visa, MasterCard, Connect etc.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Complete all the tasks assigned
Reporting internal and external
Vigilant on TAT/SLA schedules
Follow-up and closure of process related issues
On time response queries
Adherence to Quality norms
