The role involves:
 Knowledge of the software’s functionality to the high extent.
 Handling chats, telephone calls, e-mails and converting leads into subscriptions.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 Results-oriented team player with a committed effort to overachieve individual goals
 Problem analysis and problem resolution at both - a strategic and functional level
 Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships quickly and effectively
 Good administrative skills with attention to detail and good follow-up.

Responsibilities
The Business Developer is responsible for
 Meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
 brand promotion.
 Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization
 Responsible to Manage & Expand Team
 Maintaining and improving relationships with the client
 Would be involved in Lead Generation, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Client Acquisition, CRM, Product Promotion.
 Identifying sales opportunities for existing product and highlight it with the team to optimizing gross margin by strategic plans and market intelligence systems.

Requirements

Requisites
 Demonstrable experience calling on and selling to E-commerce/Online Sellers
 sales experience in Software industry, IT experience preferred
 Quick learner and self-starter who can think strategically about how to help online sellers to market and grow their business using our software.
 Easily understand technology and communicate it to prospects.
 Excellent planning, time management, decision making and organization skills
 A demonstrated ability to work within matrixed teams and get results.
 Excellent Communication & customer service skills.
