- Employee query management; handle the employee query desk for the entities of the organization within TAT.
- Support the Employee engagement activities as the per the employee engagement calendar.
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records of the employees as per checklists.
- Work closely with onboarding team, to get employee related infrastructure ready pre and post employee joining as per checklists.
- Ensuring all compliance trainings are assigned online to all new joinees.
- Updating internal HR databases on internal HR systems on time.
- Handle Exit process; ensure all clearances on time; and work in close coordination with payroll team to ensure timely exit settlements.
- Responsible for continuous improvement in attendance and leave management. Timely analysis & reports to managers on team attendances.
- Submit timely HR Reports and other applicable organization MIS.
- Upholding organization policies and code of conduct at all times.
- Support the organization by being a key member of other improvement projects
- Coordinate with leaders and managers to understand training priorities for the organization, both product training and behavioural training.
- Ensure timely release of training calendars, and coordinate with the entities for arranging the training programs by liaising with local SPOCs.
- Send training invites, manage training attendance, and ensure training needs get translated to meeting of training KPIs.
- Manage cost effective administration for trainings and offsites. Continuously show improvement on costs and employee experience in training programs.
- Analyse training feedback, manage related reporting and MIS related to training attendance and training operations.
- Coordinate maintenance activities all facilities and display centres of the India entities. Serve as contact person for employees and vendors regarding office and display centre operations.
- Ensure ID cards and visiting cards are issued on time for all employees.
- Set up and manage a cost effective travel process and desk for the India entities.
- Manage the TPAs for various employee related professional insurance policies of the organization.
- Vendor Management and MIS on their performance for housekeeping. attendance, security and other outsourced administrative operations.
