ï‚§ Responsible for being completely updated with current trends in payroll and taxation and doing the necessary update in Spine Software.
ï‚§ Responsible for attendance verification and full utilization of Spine software for attendance and salary.
ï‚§ To maintain variety of payroll & benefits data, for the purpose of providing an up to date reference for MIS
ï‚§ ï€ Co-ordinate with finance team for interface of payroll and benefits cost. To review & reconcile monthly payroll & incentives ledger accounts and provision to ensure accurate accounting of payroll expenses in various business units and ledger codes.
ï‚§ Responsible for statutory compliance. To ensure accurate deductions & timely payment of statutory dues filing of statutory returns on time. PT, LWF, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Min Wage etc
ï‚§ Responsible for accurate, timely calculation and payment of incentive for employees.
ï‚§ Responsible for timely communication to all ex-employees, regarding their settlement calculations. Also regularly sent reminder/closure letters to all ex-employees who are absconding.
ï‚§ Responsible for accurate, timely calculation and payout of full & final settlements of all ex employees.
ï‚§ To handle employee queries and advise on taxation matters & to ensure queries are satisfactory closed.
ï‚§ Responsible to regularly conduct audits on PF, ESCI, LWF, Maternity Cases, employee files and ensure full compliance is done.
ï‚§ Responsible for monthly weekly reports as desired by management.
