Job Description

This role will be responsible for bringing an outside-in perspective/best practices within the various domains of HR. The role will be focusing on ideating and conceptualizing new initiatives and process improvements within the domain of HR. This role will also involve Talent Acquisition of senior positions across Capsules, Performance Management System and campus hiring.
The incumbent will also be required to handle certain areas of HR independently to get him / her well versed with an HR BP role.
Key Educational Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in HR from a premier B-School
2-4 years of experience in similar role primarily in handling Talent Acquisition.
Level Specific Accountabilities:
Operationalizes various HR initiatives:
The role will primarily involve Talent Acquisition for positions in the grade category M4 and above across multiple functions.
Pre-joining formalities and post joining induction & integration.
Induction & integration of senior leadership team joining at ACG Capsules along with assimilation of International associates coming to India.
Managing the entire Performance Management System pan ACG Capsules, Aspire/campus onboarding and integration process.
Active role in reviewing and implementation of new practices and ideas in the various areas of HR as part of COE. This role also involves doing a thorough due diligence and providing support in streamlining the HR practices across new international locations.
Develops program/policy guidelines and creates communication collaterals as required (example: templates, policy manuals, process flows, internal circulars, email blasts etc.)
Ensures effective implementation of designed initiatives/ solutions, policies, guidelines and procedures within the scope of responsibility in collaboration with the business stakeholders
Creates templates for collection of data from the businesses to monitor success measures for the initiatives rolled out; Provides initial analysis of the data to the seniors
