Key Result Areas:
End-to-end ownership of content creation and content management across all digital channels, including social media platforms.
Act as conduit between agency and business to implement our digital content strategy
Monitor industry trends and collaborate with the agency to develop content themes and develop assets (e.g. blog articles, website copies, landing pages, banner/ad copies, social media posts, email/newsletter, etc.) to drive traffic to our websites
Edit, proofread and incorporate best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style that resonates with the target audience and is in sync with individual brand guidelines.
Create and adhere to the marketing calendar for RaymondNext in collaboration with individual brands
Knowledge & Skills and Expertise:
Minimum bachelors degree (in journalism / English / communications / commerce / marketing / business management); a post-graduate degree is preferable
2-7 years experience in content-writing at a content company / ad agency / media house
Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
Ability to write both long-form and short-form content
Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO
Understanding of leading social media platforms best practices, updates, optimization techniques, etc.
Should have preferably had exposure to the fashion/retail industry.
