Job Description

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Selection and Retention:
- Full Involvement in all junior & middle level recruitment.
- Re-designing and reviewing recruitment systems, joining formalities, appointment terms, Induction and settling down of a new joinee.
- Organization Chart updating.
- Introducing retention policies.

Manpower Planning, Costing, Budgeting, Rationalization:
- Sourcing, Developing Manpower Budget & Plan on monthly, quarterly & annual basis.
- Tracking of Monthly Manpower cost, preparing MIS reports, co-ordination with Accounts & Finance for accounting crosschecks.

Contract Labour Management :
- Legalization of all the Contractors and Vendors
- Arrangement of labour as per Man Power Planning (Monthly, Weekly and daily).
- Statutory Records Keeping from recruitment, Induction, Training, All compensation to F & F and up to detachment.

Compensation & Benefits Management:
- Salary Admin, Perks reimbursement, Relocation exp, Statutory Compliance, Implementation of HR policies, Insurance (Personal Accident & Mediclaim )of Staff, Bonus / Ex-Gratia, payment of Overtime, F & F, MIS to Accounts, Provisions, Budgeting, Internal & External Audits, Attendance & Leaves Management.
- Induction to new joinees, New joinees settlement, confirmations, re-structuring of pay packages.

Industrial Relations and Integration:
- Statutory Compliance
- Liaisoning with Govt. Agencies
- Regulation of PF, ESI, Labour Welfare, P. Tax etc.
- Recognition and Awards for Staff & Workers.
- Public Relations.
- Control Attrition Rate.
- Grievance Handling.
- Discipline, Code of conduct and Disciplinary Actions.
- Absenteeism Control.
