Preparation of Comparative statements along with rate analysis
Standardization of work order formats.
Issuance of LOI to subcontracts deployed at site through corporate office
Preparation of work order and getting its approval from concerned director.
Preparation of utility shifting work orders on back to back basis
Verification of estimated quantities and resolving issues with contractors if any.
Follow up for getting the Reconciliation of construction material done,
Reconciliation of client & sub contract billed quantities with Actual work done
from Contractor and PMC.
Preparation of day to day reports for smooth running of project.
Keeping up to date of costs and prices of work, labour, materials and plant for analyzing the rates
and evaluating the costs required for preparing of various types of Project reports and for doing
the necessary audits to contractors bills and other related documents for checking the loss if any.
All types of site correspondences with Consultant/Client w.r.t. design follow up, quality related
issue, contractual and other Major/Minor issues related to site.
Follow up with site for progress related and finding out any difficulty for execution of works.
Audit of contractors PO, work orders, rate analysis, work orders for checking the initial and final settlements. Checking of losses referred by contractors (if any) by way of audit w.r.t actual rate offered to their suppliers, subcontractors and material procurement with respect to requirement at site .
