Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
Follow agent 9 pointer hiring mechanism & other hiring norms
Handle a team of off roll employees.
Train, motivate and get the business through them...
recuite them through his/her own social network/contacts.
