Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
You have to recruit agents/advisors.
You have to train, motivate and get the business through them.
Your Team of agents/advisors will on commission basis while you will be direct pay roll of company.
Desired profile :
He/ She Must be minimum graduate with the experience of 3 to 15 years in direct sales/retail sales ,marketing and business development.
The person must be in Current Locality for a minimum period of 4 years or more and must have good social circle/contacts in the Locality.
Must possess good communication skills.
Must not be a job hopper Candidates from retail sector, pharma industry, banking(dsa /dst), telecom ,office automation industryw`ll preferred.
Remuneration is best in the industry.
