Job Description

Key responsibilities

Assist super users in the use & understanding of SAP-BW business processes and data interpretation.

Receive incidents & propose resolution to the same if deemed caused by process errors and work with SAP-CCC teams to get to the root cause and avoid recurrence any technical issues.

Analyze the impact of change whether business or IT-triggered, ensuring that the system & business processes continue to meet the business needs.

Maintain global finance SOPs, Process Maps & Variants, Ensure L&T materials are recurrently refined to provide most effective knowledge build in the organization.

Provide input to Knowledge management in form of FAQs, Error Handling Documents & other self-help materials.

Maintain root cause database and track improvements of actions taken to eliminate the root cause.

Support development and execute a winning SAP training strategy in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.

Consistently pursue alignment between relevant Process Manuals.

Support maintenance of the SAP-BW training client & take part in relevant upgrades ensuring replication of global changes made to global production environment.

We are looking for

An excellent communicator, who thrives at sharing information & knowledge among varied audiences e.g. End users, Super User, Finance Managers, etc.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP-BW with an extensive knowledge of upstream and downstream systems.

A self-driven person who takes ownership & responsibility in a challenging environment.

Able to analyses and solve problems.

Someone who enjoys initiating & implementing changes, working in a structured and well-organized manner.

Able to handle high volume of work & adapt to change and able to deliver under pressure

Ability to document processes.

A team player who effectively coordinates with the rest of the team and shows responsibility, flexibility and respect towards the other members.
