Job Description

Work Responsibilities:-
• In accordance with the practices and procedures of Theme Music Institute, manage the day to-day operations of the school
• Make decisions relating to the administrative functions in liaison with the business head
• Managing front office and ensuring all the admin related services/functions are organized effectively and efficiently to meet the requirements of the school and students
• Handling/counseling enquiries received via walk-in, calls, e-mails and references and convert the same into enrolments
• Generate and follow prospective leads for admissions to the Institute, to be able to achieve the desired targets
• Implementation of processes/practices to minimize the dropouts
• Follow a target based structure to increase the strength of students
• Provide accurate feedback on future admission trends to the business head
• Compose and present a wide variety of reports for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference and/or conveying information
• Assists and supports teaching staff as directed by the principal
• Facilitate communication between staff, students and parents for the purpose of providing information/updates, resolving queries/concerns
• Facilitation of meetings, processes, discussions, etc. (e.g. Principal, Business Head etc.) for the purpose of ensuring that school mandates are achieved
• Monitor and record teachers and students attendance. Facilitate scheduling of the class
• Maintain a positive, safe learning environment for students
• Assist in enforcing the Discipline rules laid down for both the school and students
• Report the occurrence of inappropriate student behavior for the purpose of assisting students’ progress
• Maintains appropriate records for all school fiscal affairs in accordance with school mandates and accounting practices ​
• Maintain equipment, textbook and supply inventories
• Manages all school scheduling, special events, recitals etc.
• Administers and supervises the school hygiene and cleanliness with the support staff


• Graduation/Post Graduation in business or administration management
• Effective communication skills along with interpersonal skills is a must and should have strong business management skills
• Should have experience of customer relationship management
• Should be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time proficiently
• Should be target oriented and able to achieve defined targets
• Quick learner and willingness to learn new skills
• Should be a team player and also be able to work independently
• Should be capable of thriving in a competitive scenario
• Sound analytical and problem solving skills
• Good at MS office( Word, Excel, PowerPoint), handling email communications, internet surfing for day to day operations requirement
