1> Administration & Regular check of office equipments and maintenance.

2>Office Management: (Daily office administration & other routines).

3>Must have knowledge of Vendor Management, Travel Desk Management.

4>Travel Management: (Air, Bus, Train, Car, etc).

5>Compliance Management, Petty Cash Management, Negotiation skills.

6>Facility/ Utility Management: (Maintenance of A/Cs, Fridges, Water Coolers, Beverage / Dispensers, Filters, etc.)

7>Transportation Management Must be familiar with cab routes etc.
