Responsibilities of the Administration Coordinator:
Processing all monthly travel plans including workshop/conferences etc.
Verifying travel expense statement of all staff.
Maintaining attendance and leave management of staff
Preparing salary of staff
Assisting in workshops/ trainings for logistics
Updating travel plans/birthday/ holidays/ events on Google Calendar
Verifying invoices of travel agent
Procurement of all office fixed assets.
Maintaining office fixed asset register.
Coordinating for medical insurance and PF of staff.
Vendor Management for printing, stationery, travel, grocery, internet, water & IT service team etc.
Assisting staff in daily office needs and maintain office well.
Source required technology for new employees including laptop in coordination with HR Coordinator
Schedule monthly monitoring calls with appropriate US & India staff
Monitor and report on timely submission and the quality of reports
Work with senior management and regional teams for scheduling of visits by trainers, health partners, etc.
Work closely with Program Managers in the region for supporting them for office administration
Masters degree in any discipline with experience in handling administration.
Minimum of 4 years+ of experience in similar area.
Organized, self motivated individual with strong management capability.
Excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point & computer Skills
Should be efficient in communication (oral & written, in English)
Should possess abilities to multi-task

Travel: Travel required (10%)
