Visitors Management, Security, Housekeeping, Gardening & Stationery administration.
End to end hospitality services for TID Chennai office and Sri City Site office.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with the assistance of the companys designated travel agency, and maintain expense reports.
Front office support Register management, Inwards, outward & material receipts.
Complete soft services support - Office area, Reception, Conference rooms & Rest rooms.
Prepare general correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint pertaining to administration.
Process and track incoming and outgoing couriers, invoices, general correspondence.
Preparing admin related budgeting information and maintaining monthly expenses MIS.
