Provide required support and assistance to HR, Sales , Operations , Training , Marketing functions
Co-ordinating & following up with internal & external clients for smooth operations.
Overseeing facility management & taking care of infrastructure maintenance & safety.
Budgeting and working for cost reduction and profitability of organization.
Ensuring timely payment related to vendors. Dealing with all the admin related vendors and agencies for fulfilment of complete admin related requirements of organization.
Organizing and conducting security audit checks as well as formulating and implementing the emergency procedures & mock drills.
Providing assistance to top management in day to day administration of organization as well as in selection, training and evaluation of performance of security personnel & facility personnel
managing overall administration of organization.
Liasioning with local government bodies
Ensuring AMC's and contract copies are maintained at branch.
Travel & stay Co-ordination with Centralised Travel desk
Space Management (Seat allotment & Storage
Taking various initiatives to attain permanent savings thus cost reduction
