Job Description

Maintain Accounts Register Like Sales Register, Purchase Register, Ledger Books, Inventory Books, Etc.
Preparing Financial Statements like Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet, Finalization of Accounts, etc.
Preparing MIS report on monthly basis.
Preparing the bill related documents like material consumption statement, other statement, etc.
Maintain & record keeping of various bills.
Preparing all Employee Salary.
Petty cash handling, Cash book & Bank book.
Handling Debtors and Creditors.
Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Handling & tracking all collections.
Having full fledged experience of Microsoft Excel, Word & Tally ERP 9.
Having Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability in multi-tasking, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Looking after all entries in ERP 9.
Central Excise works – ER1, ER4, ER5,ER6, ER7 & Service Tax Returns
VAT Returns & CST Returns
EPF & ESI Contribution returns in Online
Responsibility TPT Transfers & CBDT,CBEC, all online Payments.
Facing audits from Departments (Internal & External)
