Account Manager/stakeholder Management

Job Description

Increase Revenue, Increase Margins by increasing offshore engagements
Effectively sell (Up-sell and Cross-sell) to the different client teams within the account
Stakeholder management Liaise with Senior management at the level of directors including 2 levels below to showcase the capabilities of THBS services
Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement.
Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
Identify areas where the company can contribute, canvass regularly with decision makers, constantly follow-up until a PO is obtained
Create good visibility (branding and publicity) through informal meetings, relationship building and technical events / road-shows to spread awareness
Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Technical Teams, Finance, HR etc


5-7 years of experience towards Sales and Business Development for large Telecom Accounts or Financial sector in India
Candidate should have experience in Sales and Revenue responsibility and a proven ability to achieve KPIs.
Ability to converse around business strategy challenges (not just IT), particularly business models, Delivery and Operations.
Telecom domain experience and exposure would be an advantage.
Engineering background preferred from one of the reputable universities in India
Candidate must be fully fluent in English and Hindi (read/write/speak)
