Role & Responsibilities:
1) Assume complete responsibility for a set of clients to generate revenue and deliver on their requirements.
2) Operations management skills required to manage and ensure delivery from a team.
3) Client relationship management including mapping and deep mining to ensure increasing share of clients business.
4) Effective team management, performance management & ensuring productivity through periodic reviews and feedback
5) Actively participate in client RFPs, contract negotiations, sign ups and renewals
6) Design and execute diverse business offerings to meet different client needs
