Job Description

Account Management/ Client Servicing
Attending client meetings and coordinating with them on a regular basis
Creating and implementing brand properties depending on the brief given by the client
Creating and sharing documents/reports with the client on the mutually agreed upon dates, status and activity reports to be sent to existing clients/partners. (WIP Reports, industry news)
Take regular feedback from the client regarding the progress of the work and areas for improvement

Strategy and Execution
Working in sync with the PR and Social Media team to ideate and develop brand strategies for clients client proposals and implement the marketing initiatives
Assigning work to Marketing Consultants and assisting them from time to time and monitoring the same
Brainstorming between Client & Servicing team to pin-point objectives for various exercises
Researching and networking with various groups, communities, media channels, corporates and other likeminded brands/services for marketing associations/tieups and other requirements specified by the clients
Liaising and networking with a range of people including corporates and partner organizations to market client products/services
Relationship building and networking with clients, corporates and relevant target agencies for client marketing activities
Copywriting for few clients (if required)

Business Strategy and Positioning
Monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings (better value for customer and better financial value for DeTales Marketing and Communication ).
Research on competitive brands and their marketing strategies
