The job is in a startup in advertising space based out of Noida. We are looking for growth focused proactive person to handle accounts as an account director for several industry leading companies like Penguin, WforWomen, Harper Collins etc.
1) Client Management
2) Campaign strategizing
3) Vendor Identification and management
4) Team Management and resource allocation
5) Projecting and Budgeting
Working regularly with the Content and Design departments to proactively develop and propose value-added ideas/insights to drive the development and execution of campaigns of key accounts.
Ensuring deliverables are met and simultaneously monitoring current accounts to ascertain ways to extract business from existing accounts. One important aspect would be to keep a close eye on competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings.
Experience Required: 7-8 years in the industry and some experience as a team lead. Prior experience of working as an Account Director would be preferred.
