We are looking for an Account Director for one of our leading clients in Digital Marketing Agencies.

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Location: Navi Mumbai

Our Client would like to welcome an Account Director to its office in Mumbai to ramp up its business acquisition engine. We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial spirit who can drive sales conversations, discover white spaces, present digital solutions that will help the client win customers and grow those customers.

The Account Director will have to build the account management team for Mumbai (with extended territory of Pune and Ahmedabad)
This team will need to be mentored, talent gaps identified and fixed
Prior experience in an advertising agency handling national and international accounts is a must, with exposure to digital marketing services
Should have a proven track record of handling the P&L for a portfolio of accounts with responsibility of organically growing the client business
Estimation, invoicing and collection of receivables are a part and parcel of the responsibilities that need to be shouldered
Sales targets should be met through a mix of personal network mining, cold calling and customer acquisition programs

Digital Services support in the initial stages of growth will be provided through the Bengaluru operations of Regalix and the Account Director should be able to work seamlessly with remote teams demonstration of such capability in the past will be an asset as will exposure to international markets such as the USA or APAC region.

The Account Director will report to the Vice President Sales based in Bengaluru.
