We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company.
Telesales calling to customer for achieving sales Target
You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. "Excellent communication skills - English (verbal/written). Internal team coordination over email/call. Basic knowledge of Excel.
Flexible to work in challenging work environment and Result Oriented
Handling Inbound/Outbound calls, Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments handling the customer queries.
Handling enquiries & coordinating/following up accordingly.
Counselling Parents/Students over phone
Calling up potential Students.
Introducing our company & Product to them.
Closing Sales over the phone.
Following up for Payments.
