Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Drive profitability in his territory by monitoring key profitability
metrics of volume, capacity utilization , IRR, other income, ODI
Review the branches OPEX vis a vis business performance
Ensure adherence to laid down processes
Target setting and review BM performance on timely basis on
various performance metrics and provide inputs to enhance the
Develop the expansion and distribution plan as per the market
Manage the relationship with critical and large channels in his
territory through regular connect which will drive the business
Meet and resolve issues for multi-location dealers
In deviation cases , review and approve as per the set guidelines
Scrutinize the deviation cases appropriately prior to providing
necessary approval .Ensure process compliance and deployment
of anti-fraud measures.
Review the performance of branches and ensure timely feedback
Meet key/large customers on sample basis for 0 bucket at all
Meet customers in 61 - 90 ,high OD POS, high risk customers to
understand and plan the collections strategy
Track early warning signals and keep a tab on any activities which
lead to fraud.
Prevent frauds in his state.
Ensure the guidelines laid down are adhered to with regards to
statutory and compliance to the state.
