Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Drive branch profitability by monitoring key profitability metrics of volume,
capacity utilization , IRR, other income, ODI collection
Review the branch OPEX vis a vis business performance
Target setting and review team performance on timely basis on various
Monitor adherence to the key service parameters like TAT SLAs to drive the
Develop the sales and distribution plan with an overall perspective of the
branch catchment area
Develop relationship with personal interaction and visits to key channel, large
customers, market influencers to understand the market scenario: set up
channel coverage PJP for the officers
Ensure generation of other income((Insurance+OD Intt+Processing) attained as
Implement the BTL program , administer the key accounts program
Meet customers(as per required sample)/TVR before the file is sanctioned

Approve deals as per his approval matrix
Refer deals to CA/TBH in case of deviations
Review the collections performance of the team and ensure timely feedback
Meet customers in 61 - 90, high OD POS, high risk customers to understand the
payment issues and facilitate collection/ collection strategy
Track early warning signals and keep a tab on any activities which lead to fraud
Ensure facilitation of the needful training requirements for the team
Mentor and guide the team along with the AM
Manage Attrition/review manpower numbers and ensure backup and hiring for
Manage high standards of adherence statutory compliance and all policies and
processes at the branch
Ensure that his team acts as a responsible member of Magma family
Manage all escalations at branch level
Overall supervise the branch admin responsibility as per laid down process
