Exploring new opportunities of Customer Service touch points in zones. Enhance customer experience, new product launch implementation, adhering to audit & compliance parameters.
1. On Boarding Service Provisioning With in TAT (Prepaid)
CEF Rejection With in Target
CEF Compliance With in TAT
Zonal operation
Revenue - Barring Compliance (Normal & MNP subscribers)
Training the Activation officers on compliance and driving the productivity
2. Channel Management
Zonal Visits
Retailer/Distributor engagement / retailer meets
Training of Runner/FOS on compliance
Driving revenue through touch points
Driving self help for the zones
3. QRC & CCR
Complaint Rate
Unique Customer with complaint
Customer Experience / Touch point Index
C SAT / Retail
Revenue Collections
Exposure (Bad Debts)
Customer Retentions (Churn Management)
Proper handling of HNI customers
Bill Penetration
Internal Interactions
Zonal Sales Team Coordinating for CEF related issues
CSD For Coordination and closure of operational issues
SA team for inputs on quality related matrices
On boarding of customers
QRC team for timely and adequate resolution of concerns
Finance for budgets, BCAs, PRs and sales booking
