This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a motivated and skilled workforce to enhance the performance to fulfill the needs of Company. This positions also manages the development by ensuring that employees are given practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks as well as ongoing, long-term skills improvement so that they can fulfill their potential within Company.
# Identify training needs within Company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers. Also identify internal faculty.
# Set training objectives with Senior Manager and ensure that courses meet their objectives - including driving Company People Philosophy, ethics, PCI, Vision, and Mission. Assist in design and development of training programs.
# Work on Learning Management system software implementation and ensure smooth roll out of the same
# Using LMS to create training activities, send meeting requests and maintaining training rosters
# Inform managers regarding available performance improvement processes in place like individualized training plans, executive development programs, on-the-job training, etc.
# Valuate training programs. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. Evaluate the work of trainers, training materials and transfer of training on the job. Amend and revise programmes as necessary to adapt to the changes in the work environment.
# Understand and apply where beneficial, E learning, which involves interactive internet-based training, multimedia programs, distance learning, satellite training, other computer-aided instructional technologies, videos, simulators, conferences, and workshops.
# Making and maintaining training related details and formats including costs of training programs and keep within budgets in assessing their return on investment.
# Design, develop and deliver behavioural training programs including the annual corporate training requirements-
# Ensuring on time completion of BCEC Modules for both Exempt & Non Exempt Employees
# Lead Succession Planning for the organisation
# Lead Career Development of individuals as per the organisation process and requirement.
# Identify individual need, plan & complete the development process
# Ensure ontime completion of objectives, Mid Year Review and Annual appraisal for all EE's
# Conduct quality audits on annual reviews of EE's
# Use appraisal data for promotions, transfers, separation and rewarding purposes.
# Assisting in the annual Talent Management review and Career Deveopment Planning activity
# Conduct exit interviews and prepare individual's exit reports for Senior Management
# Monthly exit analysis and attrion related metrices
# Maintain and update delivery content for induction. Evaluate all aspects of the induction and study feedback received for continually improving Induction Programs.
# Assisting the Annual R&R process for 2010 - collecting nominations, coordinating with Jury, ensuring R&R Certificates and final R&R presentation is in place, coordinating the rewards distribution ceremony
# Working on the learning & people development related processes & Policies including Internship process, further education etc & rolling out the same
# Corporate membership of NHRD,ISTD
# Help in formulating and driving retention and motivation programs across Company India
