Job Description

• Overall Responsibility of Recruitment, wherein worked rigorously for Internal Reference Team, Direct Channel.

• Performed Full Life-Cycle of Recruitment Which Includes; Sourcing, Screening, Reference Checking, Presenting Candidates, Conducting and Scheduling Interviews, Collecting and Delivering Feedback, Negotiating, Extended offers & Joining formalities.

• Hiring through multi-channel sourcing which includes – job portals, industry leads & sources, employee referral program, placement agencies, campuses, advertisements & walk-ins.

• Planning & conducting the complete walk-in program for smooth functioning.

Requirements

-MBA-HR

-1-2 years of Experience in BPO Agent level hiring

-preferablly from BPO industry

-Excellent verbal and written communication in English

-pleasant prsonality
